“To solve any problem, every state needs to have strong legislation. Constitution is considered the basis of legislation,” MP, lawyer Hovhannes Sahakyan told Panorama.am.

Armenia’s Constitution has proved its ability to regulate various problems, according to him.

The parliamentarian congratulated Armenian citizens on Constitution Day.

“The current Constitution, as a global document which regulates the main aspects of our life, is efficient, and carries out its main function. Laws should be flexible and dynamic, and should be amended in due time,” Sahakyan concluded.
