The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Central Electoral Commission (NKR CEC) met today to discuss registration of self-nominated presidential candidates, karabakh-open.info reported.

According to CEC Chairman Rashid Petrosyan, with candidates’ documents meeting all necessary requirements, CEC decided to register all 4 candidates – Vitaly Balasanyan, MP, non-partisan, Valery Khachatryan, pensioner, non-partisan, Bako Sahakyan, NKR President, non-partisan, and Arkady Soghomonyan, Prorector of Armenian State Agrarian University's Stepanakert branch, non-partisan, the source said.

The election campaign will begin on June 20. Official campaigning will last until July 17, 12:00 pm.

NKR presidential election will take place on July 19.
