Foreign Minister: Azerbaijan blatantly disregards the statements of the Presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries
Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met on April 13 Ambassadors of the OSCE participating states, accredited to Armenia, press department of the Ra Foreign Ministry reports.
According to the information, Minister Nalbandian reflected on the consequences of military actions unleashed by Baku in early April along the Line of Contact between Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan.
The Minister said, that "by its aggressive actions Azerbaijan has in fact attempted to reject to abide to its international commitments on peaceful settlement of the conflict, violating the basic principles of international law, the decisions and declarations adopted by the OSCE Summits and Ministerial Councils, blatantly disregarding the statements of the Presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution."
The Foreign Minister attached importance to the active role of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries and emphasized the necessity of support to their efforts, reads the statement.
