Israeli flotilla to head for Cyprus next week
Israeli commandos interception on Turkish Gaza aid ship encountered tough resistance in Turkey. In response to Turkey’s disposition, Israel had planned to send a flotilla to Cyprus by the end of this week. However, the trip has been cancelled for a week, Cumhuriyet reported.
The Israeli volunteer flotilla will tow for Cyprus next week, aiming at drawing attention to the occupation of a part of Cyprus by Turkey. The flotilla is also planning to head for Turkey to raise the necessity of the recognition of the Armenian Genocide.
