Heads of 40 states to partake at OSCE Summit in Astana
Heads of about 40 states have approved their participation to Astana host OSCE summit on December 1-2, Secretary General of OSCE Marc Perrin de Brichambaut told at news conference in Moscow, “Ria Novosti” agency reported.
“Currently we have heads of 40 states approved their participation. Dmitry Medvedev of Russia, UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon, Chairman of European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso will attend the summit,” Brichambaut said.
To the question if U.S. President Barack Obama will arrive in Astana to partake at the summit, OSCE Secretary General said Mrs. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will present United States.
