G Melikyan: Issue of snipers is of top priority
“The withdrawal of snipers from the line of contact is an issue of top priority. Though Azerbaijan ignores the problem, its solution is, indeed, very important,” member of RPA Council Gagik Melikyan told Panorama.am answering on the question what expectations he has from the meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers.
Mr Melikyan stressed that the heads of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing states have repeatedly urged the sides to withdraw the snipers voicing their hope that under the pressure of the international community the issue will be settled.
