Newly appointed Ambassador of Albania to Armenia Dashnor Dervishi (seat in Athens) presented his credentials to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.

President Sargsyan congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and expressed the hope that he will manage to boost political and economic relations between Armenia and Albania during his tenure as ambassador.

Serzh Sargsyan placed a high value on active cooperation and partnership within international organizations, stressing that Armenia is ready to discuss any issue in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and to push forward political dialogue.

Mr. Dashnor Dervishi said that his country is determined to expand relations with Armenia and vowed to do everything possible to strengthen and expand ties between Armenia and Albania, presidential press office reported.
