The Armenian towns of Masis and Vedi will hold mayoral elections on September 9.

Three candidates were nominated in Masis as of August 8: RPA candidate Sasha Hakobyan, PAP candidate, deputy mayor of Masis Karapet Ohanyan, and self-nominated non-partisan candidate Norayr Nahapetyan.

Republican Khachik Sahakyan and non-partisan Sisak Simonyan nominated their candidacies in Vedi, Central Electoral Commission of Armenia (CEC) said, according to Pastinfo.
