NKR President, Armenian parliament speaker visit southern wing of Artsakh
On July 6, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met in the town of Kovsakan in Kashatagh region an official delegation of Armenia headed by National Assembly speaker Hovik Abrahamyan.
Bako Sahakyan and Hovik Abrahamyan, accompanied by officials from the two Armenian states, familiarized with the implementation of various projects in the southern wing of Artsakh.
Thereupon a working consultation on cooperation between regions and provinces of Artsakh and Armenia took place in one of the trans-Araks sectors of Hadrout region. President Sahakyan noted that within this context the NKR southern wing was of a particular significance since it possessed serious potential for the development of various fields of industry and agriculture, adding that cooperation there would be mutually beneficial for our republics, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office.
