Baghdad-Yerevan-Erbil first flight due today
The first Baghdad-Yerevan-Erbil (Iraqi Kurdistan’s capital) flight will be carried out today by the Iraqi Airways Company.
According to the press service of the General Department of Civil Aviation, the flights will be conducted twice a week, with CRJ900 and Boeing 737 planes.
Members of Iraqi government and heads of some 50 travel agencies will arrive in Armenia with the first flight.
The Iraqi Airways Company belongs to the Iraqi government, with the Avia-Service company being its representative in Armenia.
