New technologies help create closer ties between higher education institutions - European Commission representative
Representative of the European Commission Adam Tyson stressed the importance of introducing modern technologies to the higher education sector in his remarks at the Yerevan-hosted European Higher Education Area (EHEA) Ministerial Conference and Fourth Bologna Policy Forum.
“Introduction of new technologies is one of the strategies of higher education. New technologies help create closer ties between higher education institutions,” he said.
Commenting on online education, Tyson said that although it is expensive, the countries must promote its development.
He stressed that the Bologna Process cannot stay aside from the influence of modern technologies.
