SOCIAL SERVICES MOVED TO COMMUNITY ADMINISTRATIONS
Employees of five social services will be deprived of the status of public employee but they will enjoy all the benefits of public employees. These services will be moved to the administration of communities leaving from the subordination of regional administration.
Filaret Berikyan, deputy minister on employment and social affairs, said other social centers will also shift to the jurisdiction of communities soon.
The ministry also issued decision on children, including on their registration, needs and research on social conditions of children. The ministry also issued a decision on day care of children mainly hosting disabled children from 6 to 18.
Still with another decision the ministry stipulated the order of care of the old aged people.
