COMMITTEE MAKES A FINE OF 1 MILLION DRAMS AGAINST “SALEX GROUP”
Economic Competition Protection State Committee has fined Salex Group in the amount of 1 million drams in its session today on the grounding that the company produces and sells several types of vodka which resemble “Khortitsa” product of Image Holding Company. Three other products of “Salex Group” are not registered and belong to other companies with the right of ownership. They resemble other products to the level of confusion, which is banned by law.
“Salex Group” Company owned by National Assembly Deputy Samvel Alexanyan has been making this violation for the second time this year in the course of the last year.
Reminder: Ukrainian ambassador to Armenia Alexander Bojko had applied to the Economic Competition Protection State Committee accusing “Salex Group” in production and sale of products resembling Ukrainian vodka.
