MOBILE CONNECTION CUSTOMERS GRADUALLY REFUSE FROM ARMENTEL
A number of citizens who called the editorial office of Panorama.am early today were complaining about bad connection of ArmenTel mobile and fixed telephony in downtown Yerevan. Some were eager to change their mobile phone numbers with identical numbers of VivaCell since, as they said, they couldn’t make a call since morning.
Public Relations Department Head Hasmik Chutilyan confirmed that ArmenTel mobile connection was, in fact, bad at about 11:00 in the morning today. There was a problem connected with mobile connection antenna in downtown Yerevan which has been fixed. “Most probably the connection was overloaded. The problem will go because one antenna did not work well in downtown,” ArmenTel official said.
