TODAY STUDENTS INTERNATIONAL DAY
Today whole world, as well as Armenia celebrates students’ international day. In 1946 November 17, in Praha the international student holiday was fixed and celebrated during the students’ worldwide congress. This fete is devoted to Czech patriot students, who died during World War Second.
Yesterday the Prime Minister of Armenia Serge Sargsyan met with young people in the government. 62 representatives of our youth were present at the meeting and 48 of them were from the universities of Yerevan and also students who were honored by medals.
Today in the Freedom square a concert will take place devoted to this day organized by Centre Municipality. Famous Armenian singers will participate during the concert, also a famous singer from Russia – Dima Bilan will participate.
