FOREIGN EXPERTS CONCLUSION INCOMPLETE
RA prosecutor received the conclusion of forensic examination of Levon Gulyan’s corpse from the experts M. Rodshildi and P. Maygintlede invited from Germany and Dane. According to the press secretary of the prosecutor the conclusion was delivered to the Yerevan prosecutor.
After translating and studying the conclusion it was found out that it was incomplete, the experts said that after conducting tissue pathological research the final conclusion will be obvious. In order to keep the objectiveness and complete side of the case M. Sargsyan, the deputy of the RA chief prosecutor, asked OSCE Yerevan office to send the conclusion (original documents) to the RA prosecutor.
Note that Levon Gulyan, the owner of the “Pandok” restaurant died in the police station in May 12, and the circumstances are not known.
