ARE APPOINTED AS JUDGES
The president Robert Kocharyan followed by Constitution 55 article 11 points and taking into consideration the conclusion of the Justice Counsel carried out in November 27, 2007, in November 30 assigned judges of Court of First Instance. The decree is valid from January 1, 2008.
According to the press service of the president the judges of the First Instance Court are assigned Larisa Sosyan, Galust Gharibyan, Ashot Sargsyan, Ruzanna Hakobyan, Argishti Ghazaryan, Elena Soghomonyan, Edvard Nahapetyan, (their competence of economic court are stopped) and Hasmik Hovhannisyan (her competence of judge in Syunik region First Instance Court are stopped).
According to the same source Ashot Abovyan, Kristine Mkoyan, Hovsep Bedvyan, Hovhannes Torosyan, Artur Poghosyan, Artur Caturyan, Arcrun Mirzoyan are assigned as judges. Note that Tigran Mukuchyan is assigned as the president of the Court of First Instance.
Criminal judges of Yerevan are Alexandr Azaryan, Mnacakan Martirosyan, Karine Ghazaryan, Eva Darbinyan, Vazgen Rshtuni.
Civil court judges are assigned Gor Hakobyan, Artur Arakelyan, Samvel Tadevosyan, Khachatur Baghdasaryan, Artak Barseghyan, Karine Petrosyan, Edik Avetisyan, Ruben Nersisyan, Tigran Petrosyan, Mamikon Drmeyan, Aleksey Sukoyan, Karen Stepanyan, Narine Barseghyan, and Robert Sargsyan.
Southern Criminal Court judges are assigned Hamlet Davtyan, Khachik Hovhannisyan. Southern Civil Court judges are Harutyun Enokyan, Anahit Tumanyan, Bagrat Mkrtchyan, and Ruben Vardazaryan.
According to the source Northern Criminal Court judges are Volodya Ghazaryan, Mesrop Makyan, Harutun Movsesyan. Northern Civil Court judges are Karine Baghdasaryan, Arshak Alaverdyan, Ani Mkhitaryan, Artur Mkhitaryan, Goharik Khachatryan, Arshak Shahoyan, Khachatur Khachatryan.
