STRUCTURAL CHANGES NEEDED FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Structural changes are needed for the steady economic development in Armenia. The survey results conducted by “Moody’s Investor Service” international agency showed that only in the case of changes in structural field Armenia will face economic stability. According to Tigran Djrbashyan, the director of AEPLAC Armenia said that those changes will improve the field. He also mentioned that this kind of policy is common to the countries being in the transitional stage.
The agency also marked those factors which present macroeconomic threats for the future development of the Armenian GDP. According to the agency the latest developments in the field are closely connected with the mining products’ costs increase in the international market. Another fact of economic development was mentioned: the transfers of non residents into Armenia.
