According to RA prosecutor’s office “APSIDA” LLC paid off the harms caused to the country and the case applied by the tax administration was stopped”. The shareholders of the above mentioned company are RA citizens Beniamin Grigoryan, and Ararat Zurabyan.

Note that a case was applied against the directors of the “APSIDA” LLC, who refused to pay the large amount of taxes. The case was applied by the tax state administration investigation department.

According to the preliminary investigation, B. Grigoryan ran a business in a rented territory, but he presented distorted material to the tax administration and refused to pay 60.512.800 drams tax.

On the same day Centre and Nork Marash first instance court decided to put him under arrest taking into account the results of the investigation.
