HAS BLIZNIUK LEFT ARMENTEL?

Panorama.am sources say Oleg Blizniuk, chief executive officer of ArmenTel, has left the job based on his own application on December 29. Armentel neither refuted nor approved the information. They promised to release information later in the day.
