GOVERNMENTAL JUBILEE LIST RICH
The governmental jubilee list is already confirmed. Gayane Durgaryan of the Ministry of Culture said “2008 is the 150 anniversaries of Alexandr Shirvanzade, 100 anniversaries of William Saroyan, 125 anniversaries of artist Hakob Kodjoyan, 80 anniversaries of Minas Avetisyan, and 100 anniversaries of architect Rafael Israelyan”. But the list of famous people is reach and these anniversaries continue the whole year: Drastamat Kanayan -125, Vazgen the first catholicos, Viktor Hambarcumyan, Armen Alikhanyan, Koriun Hakobyan, Zaven Bakhshinyan, and Anna Ter- Avetisyan-100.
“2008 is reach in other events: 90 anniversaries of Sardarapat, 75 anniversaries of opera and bullet national academic theatre named after Alexandr Spendiaryan and Armenian state architectural university,” added Durgaryan.
