ETERNAL LEAP: HRANT DINK
Today at 18:00 Hrant Dink’s memory evening is organized in Komitas music hall. Serzh Sargsyan the Prime Minister will be present at the evening also. The information is provided by Artsvi Bakhchinyan, the organizer of the evening. According to Bakhchinyan, the evening consists of two parts: the first one is called “Eternal Leap: Hrant Dink” and “Hover” ensemble will present European and Armenian choral songs in the second part.
According to Bakhchinyan several events are organized these days in Turkey. There are published three books devoted to Dink. “We wished to organize this evening to commemorate Hrant Dink,” said Bakhchinyan.
Note that Hrant Dink was murdered at “Akos” publication house in 19 January 2007. After his death Dink was awarded by several medals, he was rewarded with RA president’s medal for his activities devoted to the Genocide.
