CHIEF PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE APPLIED TO A. BAGHDASARYAN
Today the chief prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Armenia sent a request to the president candidate Arthur Baghdasaryan, asking to provide the information about the forces who give bribes. It is known that Baghdasaryan got some information about this item.
Arthur Baghdasaryan himself told it to the journalists in a press conference today. He said that the bribes are given, passports are selected and numerated, and some lists are being formed. He also said that he has a video where one of our officials gives bribe.
Taking into account that the information published by Baghdasatyan is a violation, the chief prosecutor’s office asked to present the above mentioned information and all materials he has got according to RA law on criminal code article 179.
