LAWYER: “PRIME MINISTER’S PROPOSAL IS GREETING”
“I evaluate Prime Minister’s proposal and greet it, as it creates conditions how to overcome the situation,” said the lawyer Hrayr Tovmasyan. He thinks it is theoretically possible that the authorities and the opposition gathered in Freedom square cooperate, “but I wish they could cooperate in the reality”.
Hrayr Tovmasyan said that the latter obviously will refuse the cooperation as the bridges are already burnt. “They are burnt at all, and new bridges are needed, but to create them just one telephone call is required or to meet somewhere. It is possible that some third should solve this situation, someone who has authorities in both sides, and who could be responsible for the future developments,” he said and added that unfortunately there is not someone who could carry out that mission.
“If the both sides feel them defeated then it won’t work. The struggle will continue and the solution will be vague,” he said.
The lawyer said that the aspects of cooperation between them are large enough.
