“Our preliminary investigation continues and the investigation group carries out its general duties. We managed to form the investigative operative system which conducts the investigation,” said Aghvan Hovsepyan, the RA chief prosecutor.

He said that they succeed in creating not only an investigation group headed by Andranik Mirzoyan but also investigative sub divisions which work on each case in detailed. The chief prosecutor added that not all the participants of the mass disorder were robbers, but some diversions were used to activate them. According to the chief prosecutor diversion is approved by the criminal diversion.
