PETROL COST RISING BY 8.5
In February the prices of non food goods raised by 0.5% compared with January. According to the National statistic services data the rise of the prices is mainly connected with the petrol price rise 8.5% (connected with liquid gas price rise 11.9%). In February the price of petrol was also risen by 0.1% and dizel petrol was decreased by 1.4%.
In 2008 February the prices of petrol and dizel petrol were increased by 15.8% and 14.7% compared with 2007 February. And compared with 2005 the prices of the mentioned merchandise rose by 4.0% and 16.1%. Eight cities in the country were observed and Vagharshapat and Artashat registered the highest rates. Compared with January the service prices raised by 2.3%.
