“MILLENNIUM CHALLENGES FOUNDATION” ARMENIA SESSION HELD
Today the session of management board of the “Millennium Challenges” foundation-Armenia” took place. The meeting was held by the Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan.
According to the press and public relations department of the Government, the managing directors’ board discussed and affirmed “Millennium Challenges” corporation’s seventh application and attached documents. It includes allocation application and the financial reports for every three months, purchasing plan, and the purchasing report. It is mentioned that “MC-Armenia” should receive from “MC” 11 million 316.887 thousands dollars for April-June 2008. Those financial means should be directed to “Rural road reconstruction”, “Irrigable Agriculture”, “Monitoring and Evaluation”, “Project Management” aspects.
Note that in 1 December 2007 the total money of the “MC” formed 11 million 260.479 thousands dollars. The management board also affirmed the “MC-Armenia” credit distribution among participants.
