PRIME MINISTER ABOUT THIRD OPERATOR
The decision made by the Minister of Transport and Communication Gurgen Sargsyan on providing license to the third operator in Armenia has been affirmed by the Prime Minister also. “The first part of the decision covers the organizational rules of the tender, including a range of documents in particular to the form of using frequency and the project of announcing the tender,” said G. Sargsyan.
According to him the second part of the decision covers the financial points and the rest includes the regulation of public relations. The Prime Minister leading the Government session notified that the implementation of the third operator is a necessity for us. “Having a third operator we’ll improve the quality of the sphere,” said the Prime Minister.
