SUCCESS OF “SMALL THEATR” IN “FANTASTIC” FESTIVAL
On June 19-22 “Small Theatre” of Beautiful Arts National Center took part in “Fantastic” festival conducted in Rudolshtadt, Germany. Today Vahan Badalyan, the producer of the theatre shared with the journalists the experience they got there.
V. Badalyan said that he has been informed of the festival by searching in the internet. After he has applied for the participation they received invitation. According to him 40 applications were sent to take part in the festival, and only 9 plays have been selected. “Small Theatre” has been listed and presented “Theatre of Ofelya’s Shadows” by Michael Endey.
V. Badalyan said that 9 theatres from 8 countries were given an opportunity to take part in the festival, in particular the theatres were from Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Russia and other countries.
According to the producer of the theatre national “Small Theatre” has opened the festival and had serious success there. He said that they have received invitation from Macedonia, Russia and Ireland to take part in festivals organized in their countries.
“Small Theatre” has also received invitation from the same festival to take part in the next festival which will take in the next two years.
