LEGISLATIVE PACKAGE OF TAX COLLECTING DRAFTED
The Ministry of Finance has drafted a package of legislative changes which defines exact procedures for tax collecting, announced Armen Alaverdyan, the deputy director of the Service in a meeting with the journalists today. He has added that tomorrow National Assembly will conduct a hearing on the issue.
According to him the legislative changes is a step forward that the simplifying of the taxes. “We do not need several types of taxes. Either revenue tax is paid or simplified one is paid,” he said.
At the same time he has reminded that the minimum rate for small and average enterprises is defined 50mln annually. Those enterprises which circulation is above 50 mln should pay revenue tax which is also simplified.
