“AVETIS” ARMENIAN MUSIC BAND – CHAMPION TITLE
World Music Band fifth contest took place in Grac, Austria from 9-19 July, where Armenian “Avetis” music band has participated and wined 3 golden medals and honored as a champion. “The group has been highly honored in especially in three nominations: spiritual, different and modern,” said Levon Partagchyan, the director of the group.
More than 400 musical groups have participated in the contest from 87 countries. “Avetis” presented Komitas, Makar Ekmalyan, Edgar Mansuryan and other composers.
