YOUNG CHESS PLAYERS RECORD DIFFERENT RESULTS IN DIFFERENT GROUPS
The seventh round of Chess Europe Youth Tournament has finished and Armenian chess player Samvel Ter-Sahakyan ended the meeting with Turkish chess player in a draw. This is the third similar finish of Armenian chess player in 16-years-olds’ group. After the seventh group Samvel Ter-Sahakyan has 5.5 points and is in the second horizontal. The leader of the tournament in this group is Ilia Nizhnuk from Ukraine.
In 14-years-olds’ group Karen Grigoryan keeps competing for the leader’s title. Karen has 6 points and shares the first horizontal with two other chess players.
Note that Europe Chess Tournament will finish in two rounds.
