SLOVAK GOVERNMENT TO DISCUSS LEGISLATION ON REJECTING GENOCIDE
On October 6-7 Armenian delegation of Justice Ministry headed by Minister Gevorg Danielyan has visited Slovakia by the invitation of the Justice Minister of Slovakia Stephan Harabin, reported the press service of the Justice Ministry.
According to the source, the Justice Ministers have discussed the implementation procedure of the legal cooperation memorandums signed between the two countries. Mr. Harabin said that by his initiative the Government will discuss the legislation on rejecting the 1915 Genocide and Holocaust. The Justice Minister of Slovakia ensured that he will be consistent and that the disagreements could not results on the failure of the initiative.
During the official visit to Slovakia, the Justice Minister of Armenia and the delegation headed by him have visited some courts in Slovakia, jails, notarial offices.
