Today during National Assembly session six deputies of “Heritage” fraction offered to announce invalid the decision of the NA made on March 4, which defined that four NA deputies were guilty in the case of “March 1” and to use arrest as precautionary measure. Note that those four deputies are arrested Sasun Mikaelyan, Miasnik Malkhasyan, Hakob Hakobyan and Khachatur Sukiasyan who is currently under search.

Zaruhi Postanjyan, deputy of “Heritage” fraction said that although the preliminary investigation of the criminal claim is finished but the claims of those deputies are not yet sent to the court. She encouraged her deputy colleagues to announce the NA decision invalid.

While Armen Martirosyan, the head of “Heritage” fraction was encouraging his colleagues to announce invalid the NA decision, Styopa Safaryan from the same fraction offered to make some changes in that decision. After the National Assembly voted for that project, the decision of the NA remained the same.
