EXTRA LOANS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Today the Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan received the delegation of World Bank Armenia chaired by the head of the office Aristomene Varudakis. The Prime Minister said that the project of State Budget 2009 is also published, and another project has been presented to the National Assembly – the measures to be taken by the Government to meet world financial crisis in Armenia.
According to the Prime Minister Armenia managed to meet the first wave of world financial crisis, but the world is concerned with the second wave and Armenia should get prepared to it also. Tigran Sargsyan recommended the representatives of World Bank to discuss the implementation of agreements made by the Prime Minister during his visit to Washington. According to that agreement WB will provide 250 million USD loan to Armenia for the small and average business development.
