STUDENTS FROM DIASPORA TO PAY EQUAL WAGES FOR THEIR EDUCATION
Most possibly students from Armenian Diaspora will pay as much for their education as citizens from Armenia. There is a preliminary decision on this item, says Hayk Asatryan, the member of “Nikol Aghbakyan” student union. “That is to say that Armenian representative who used to be treated as a foreigner and have paid twice-thrice more than local students, should pay equal wages for their education,” he said.
According to him, they have presented current issue to the Minister of Education and Science Spartak Seyranyan who has approved the proposal. Currently the Ministry drafts a legislative package to present to the Government and National Assembly.
