“OLD EUROPE TO BE CAREFUL: GEORGIA AND UKRAINE NATO MEMBER?”
“Old Europe is more careful to the extending of the NATO and European Union towards the East than the New Europe which includes Baltic countries, Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary. The latter are more willing to see NATO and EU extended, hence it quite natural that there are so many disputes within the Europe on Georgia and Ukraine,” said politician Stepan Grigoryan to Panorama.am.
One thing was obvious that these two countries are not welcome in NATO. The war in Georgia made the Old Europe to be more careful, he said.
And the second point is that though the USA says they are not against NATO expending a change of power is taking place in the home life of the country.
