"STALIN'S ARMENIAN INVASION" BEST FILM
By the initiative of TV and Radio International Academy an international TV/radio festival was held. A documentary film of political speaker Artyom Erkanyan produced by “Shant” TV station has been awarded a price. The film is called “Stalin’s Armenian Invasion”.
“I try to create films which are interesting for Armenian audience, and it turns out that the foreigners are also interested in them,” said Artyom Erkanyan to Panorama.am.
Erkanyan said that during Moscow shootings they found out little information as all the archives are closed.
Note that there were no separate nominations in the festival. From 5 awards one was awarded to Artyom Erkanyan and the second one again came to Armenia – “Radio Van” was awarded the second price.
Remind that the previous year Artyom Erkanyan’s another film was also awarded I the same festival. Currently Erkanyan is working on another films but he did not want to give any details of them.
