JUSTICE MINISTRY TO RECEIVE SUMMONS OF EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS
Soon the Ministry of Justice of Armenia will receive the summons from the European Court of Human Rights of 3 claims of citizens of Republic of Armenia vs. Armenia, those claims have been satisfied by the court, reported the press service of the Justice Ministry.
On December 2 the European Court of Human Rights has satisfied three claims of Citizens of Armenia Lavrent Kirakosyan, Arman Mkhitaryan and Myasnik Tadevosyan. According to the decision Armenia is obliged to pay moral penalty of 4500 euros and 3000 euros for the expenses. Two claims were on Presidential Elections 2003 and the third one on April cases 2004.
Alvina Gyulumyan, the judge of Armenia to the European Court of Human Rights said to Panorama.am that 11 claims against Armenia were under supervision of the court, 8 of which were published and the rest would be published in the beginning of December.
