SARGIS HOVSEPYAN – BEST FOOTBALLER OF YEAR
The chairmen of “Pyunik”, “Gandzasar”, “Mika”, “Banants”, “Ulis”, “Shirak”, “Kilikia” football clubs, the trainers, referees and representatives of mass media took part in the poll to define the best footballer of 2008, reported the press service of the Armenian Football Federation.
According to the source “Ararat” club refused to take part in the poll. The principle of the poll was as following – each participant presented three footballers not from his/her club. The rating scale was 5-3-1.
And the best footballer of 2008 became Sargis Hovsepyan from “Pyunik”.
