“BJNI” PUT UP FOR AUCTION
Today, at 17:00 the properties of “Bjni” mineral water Company will be put up for auction again, said Ruben Grdzelyan, the press secretary of Binding Implementation of Judicial Acts (BIJA), to Panorama.am.
To remind that on December 23 the auction was ceased; when the BIJA received a document from the Northen Civic Court that “Saturn shinmontaj” company presented a claim to the Court to declare “Bjni” bankrupt.
Later, on January 9 the BIJA received another document from the Court that the proceeding was stopped and that the claim was rejected. Currently the BIJA restarts the auction which will last 10 days.
