COURT PROCEDURE OF SEVEN ARRESTED STARTED
The court procedure on the seven arrested started today but soon, after 30 minutes finished. The accused “respected the judge” and stood up when the judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan entered. When the judge ordered the accused to sit down, the former Foreign Minister Alexander Arzumanyan protested and said that the legislation of Armenia did not demand the accused to sit.
The accused were given the chance to make some announcements and Arzumanyan said that they were willing to continue the procedure normally.
Accused Shant Harutyunyan offended the judge and the latter postponed the procedure on 26 February because of “disrespectful approach”.
To remind: the court procedure has been postponed for many times because of the disrespectful attitude towards the judge.
