“VIVACELL” INVESTED QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
“VivaCell-MTS” Company launched queue management new technology recommended by Lime Tech Company in 32 service centers which gives opportunity to serve the clients quickly and effectively, reports the company.
According to the source, the current system has been tested and it has significantly cut forming queues. Touch Screen is a part of the system which refers some questions to the subscriber and finds out his/her demands. Then the subscriber gets a check and goes to service center terminal which corresponds to the demands. A big LCD screen informs the subscribers in the queue about their place which is a perfect variant in rush hours.
