JOSE BARROSO: “NEW MEMBERS OF EUROPEAN UNION WILL NOT JOIN EURO ZONE”
The new members of the European Union are not allowed to enter euro zone in this period of financial-economic crisis, announced the President of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso.
He has notified that sooner or later all the EU countries will enter euro zone except two countries, which are against it themselves.
“They can set their hope on us. We wish EU member countries to become countries of euro zone, if they agree to correspond all the standards. Thos standards are undoubtedly important,” said Mr. Barroso in Brussels. Remind that a non formal summit on anti-crisis strategy of the EU has been hold in Brussels.
