LINARES TOURNAMENT: ARONIAN SHARES 4-5 HORIZONTALS WITH ANAND
The twelfth round of Linares tournament finished. Armenian GM Levon Aronian ended his match with Chinese Wang Yue in draw. Anand-Ivanchuk and Radjabov-Dominguez matches have also ended in draw.
The leader of the tournament Russian Alexander Ivanchuk played with black figures and has been defeated by Norwegian Magnus Carlsen. But still Ivanchuk leads the tournament having 7 points. 2-3 horizontals are shared by Magnus Carlsen and Vassily Ivanchuk, 4-5 horizontals occupy Levon Aronian and Wishvanathan Anand, 6-7 horizontals – Wang Yue and Taimur Radjabov.
