WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION CONCERNED OVER SWINE FLU
As of 06:00 GMT, 19 May 2009, 40 countries have officially reported 9830 cases of influenza A(H1N1) infection, including 79 deaths, World Health Organization reports.
The Mexican authorities have reported 3103 cases of A infection, 68 people in state died, in a day 208 cases registered with 2 deaths cases.
The U.S. State Health Department has also confirmed laboratory 4714 cases of A virus, 496 – in Canada, 9 – in Costa Rica, 6 – in China.
The WHO reports that swine flu has been revealed in Australia, Austria, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Spain and in many other countries all over the world.
