TURKISH BOXING TEAM LEAVES CHAMPIONSHIP WITHOUT MEDALS
AIBA World Boxing Championship fourth finals meetings took place in Karen Demirchyan sport complex. Turkish boxing team which attends the championship presenting 13 boxers lost his 7 boxers during the preliminary stages and hoped to gain something due to its 6 other boxers. The chief trainer of the team Malik Beiralogli made a serious statement saying that they would gain at least five golden medals. Trainer’s dreams have not come true anyhow because the boxers have been defeated in this round. Currently they can but follow the championship as sport fans.
Note that 7 boxers from 8 of the Armenian team have been qualified to the semi finals. This means that the Armenian boxing team has 7 medals ready. Only after semi finals and finals the colors of those medals will be defined.
