WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION REPORTS ABOUT MORE THAN 28 THOUSAND CASES OF INFLUENZA H1N1
As of 11 June 2009, 74 countries have officially reported 28,774 cases of influenza A() infection, including 144 deaths, World Health Organization reports.
Laboratory-confirmed cases of new influenza A(H1N1) as officially reported to WHO are 13217 people in the U.S.; 27 deaths; Mexico – 5717, deaths – 106; Canada – 2446, deaths – 4; Chili – 1694, deaths – 2, Australia – 1224, death – N/A.
It’s worth mentioning that 3 people recorded infected in Russia. Regarding Armenia the situation is calm and under serious medical supervision.
