“GOLDEN APRICOT”: COOPERATION WITH FOREIGN EMBASSIES GOES DEEPER
“Golden Apricot” film festival cooperates with several Embassies of foreign countries and international organizations for 6 years. In particular, the international film festival cooperates with the Embassies of Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland and the USA, Susanna Harutyunyan, the art director of the festival told at a press conference.
“One day in Europe” non-competitive project devoted to the participant countries will be performed in the framework of the festival, S. Harutyunyan said. Best of the European films will be shown in the framework of the current project.
“We are happy the festival starts deeper cooperation with the Embassy of Poland. On 16 July “Polish days” project will be held by their support,” she said.
According to the source, French film days are scheduled on July 14 and German – July 17. S. Harutyunyan said that they have started cooperation with Japanese fund and are going to show famous Japanese film maker Kohey Ogurii’s film.
