FOREIGN MINISTER HOSTED SYRIAN MINISTER OF CULTURE
The Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan received today the Minister of Culture of Syria Riad Nassan Agha, the MFA PR department reports.
Highly assessing the Armenian-Syrian relations minister Nalbandyan emphasized that our nations are linked with deeper historic relations and that Syrian President Bashar al-Asad’s visit to Armenia in June was a step to reinforce bilateral cooperation and further development.
Syrian minister thanked for cordial welcome and said he was happy to visit Armenia. The Culture Minister notified that Armenian community of Syria has significant role and investment in the Syrian development.
